Nobody books a car service because they want a nicer seat. They book it because being late is not an option — the flight, the closing, the ceremony, the hospital. Everything we do is built around removing the possibility that we are the reason you were late.
Why we exist
We started in 2010 with a small fleet and a simple observation: the transportation industry in New York was full of companies that quoted one price and charged another, dispatched whichever driver was nearest instead of whichever driver knew the route, and disappeared the moment something went wrong. That is not a service business. That is a lottery.
So we built the opposite. Our chauffeurs are employees, not contractors pinged off an app. Our vehicles are owned and maintained by us, not sourced from whoever answers first. Our dispatch is staffed by people, twenty-four hours a day, who can actually change your itinerary rather than reading you a policy.

What we hold ourselves to
One number, in writing
Tolls, parking, airport fees and wait time are quoted before you book. No surge, no peak multiplier, no line item you did not see coming.
Backups in reserve
We hold spare vehicles specifically so that a mechanical problem on our side never becomes a missed flight on yours.
Discretion by default
Your chauffeur does not make conversation unless you start it, does not discuss other clients, and does not photograph the vehicle or its passengers.
Licensed and insured
We operate under NYC TLC authority and USDOT authority for buses, with commercial coverage above the required minimums. COIs available on request.
A person answers
Dispatch is live 24/7/365. When plans change at 4 a.m., you talk to someone who can actually move the car.

We are based in New York City and we serve all five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, the Hudson Valley and upstate New York, plus northern New Jersey and southwestern Connecticut. For long-distance work we go anywhere in the continental United States, door to door.
