Flat rates, quoted before you book
Flat rates, published up front. Apart from a clearly stated rush hour surcharge, the number we quote is the number you pay.
Every quote includes tolls, parking, airport fees, meet-and-greet where applicable, and the first hour of complimentary wait time on domestic arrivals. Rates vary by pickup address, vehicle class and time of day, so call or request a quote and we will confirm the exact number in writing before you commit.

Hourly and as-directed
Hourly service runs on a minimum booking, billed from pickup to final drop, with unlimited stops inside the booked window. Minimums are higher on Saturdays, holidays and prom and wedding season weekends.

What is included and what is not
- Included: tolls, standard parking, airport access fees, fuel, and flight tracking
- Included: 60 minutes of complimentary wait time on domestic arrivals, 90 on international
- Included: child safety seats, in any configuration, at no charge
- Added: standard gratuity for the chauffeur, shown as a separate line on the quote
- Added: additional stops beyond the quoted itinerary, billed at the prevailing hourly rate
- Added: extended wait beyond the complimentary window, billed in 15-minute increments
- Rush hour surcharge: $40 sedan, $65 SUV, shown on the quote before you book — never a hidden multiplier
Policies
Cancellations and changes
- Sedans and SUVs: cancel free up to 4 hours before pickup
- Sprinters, stretches, buses and coaches: cancel free up to 72 hours before pickup
- Itinerary changes are free whenever we can accommodate them — call dispatch, do not rebook
- Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with net terms and centralized reporting
