Straight answers about booking, delays, pricing and policy
If your question is not answered here, call dispatch. A person answers, around the clock.
How far in advance should I book?
For sedans and SUVs, 24 hours is comfortable and same-day is usually possible — call dispatch and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it. For stretch limousines, party buses and coaches, book 2 to 4 weeks ahead, and 3 to 6 months ahead for prom season, graduation weekends and Saturdays between May and October.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight by number from the moment it departs, so your pickup time moves automatically with the aircraft. You do not need to call, rebook or pay a change fee. If the flight diverts or cancels, call dispatch and we will re-plan the pickup with you.
How much wait time is included?
Sixty minutes of complimentary wait time after touchdown on domestic arrivals, and ninety on international, which covers immigration and baggage. Beyond that we bill in 15-minute increments at the prevailing hourly rate. For non-airport pickups, fifteen minutes are included.
Do you meet me inside the terminal?
Yes, on request. Meet-and-greet places your chauffeur in the arrivals hall with a name sign at baggage claim, and it is included in the quoted rate. If you prefer curbside, we stage in the designated pickup area and text you the exact door and lane number.
Are tolls, parking and gratuity included?
Tolls, parking, airport access fees and fuel are all inside the flat rate. Standard chauffeur gratuity appears as a separate, clearly labeled line on your quote so you always know exactly what you are paying and to whom.
Do you charge surge pricing?
No. The rate we quote is the rate you pay, at 3 p.m. on a Tuesday or 2 a.m. on New Year's Day. Rain, holidays, concert lets-out and airport chaos do not change your price.
Do you provide child safety seats?
Yes, at no charge, in rear-facing, forward-facing and booster configurations. Tell us your children's ages and weights when you book and the seats are installed and inspected before we arrive. Bring your own seat if you prefer and your chauffeur will install it.
How many bags fit in each vehicle?
A sedan takes two to three checked bags, an SUV four to six, and a Sprinter twelve to fourteen with a genuine luggage bay. Stretch limousines and party buses have very little luggage room and are not appropriate for airport runs with bags. Tell us the bag count and we will size the vehicle correctly.
Can you handle golf clubs, skis or oversized items?
Yes. Mention them when booking and we will send an SUV or Sprinter with the right cargo configuration. Sending a sedan to a golf trip is the single most common transportation mistake and it is entirely avoidable.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sedans and SUVs cancel free up to 4 hours before pickup. Sprinters, stretch limousines, party buses and coaches cancel free up to 72 hours before pickup. Itinerary changes are free whenever we can accommodate them — call dispatch rather than cancelling and rebooking.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We operate under NYC TLC authority for for-hire vehicle service and USDOT authority for buses and coaches, and we carry commercial liability coverage well above the required minimums. Certificates of insurance are available for corporate and venue clients on request.
Are your chauffeurs background checked?
Every chauffeur is licensed, drug tested, background checked and trained on defensive driving and client discretion. They are employees of the company, not gig drivers who happen to accept a ping, and they know the routes they drive.
Do you offer hourly or as-directed service?
Yes. Hourly service keeps the vehicle and chauffeur with you for the whole booked window with unlimited stops, billed from pickup to final drop. Minimums start at three hours on weekdays and four on weekends, and increase for larger vehicles.
Can you handle large groups?
Yes, from a single Sprinter for fourteen to coordinated multi-vehicle moves for several hundred passengers. Large groups get a dedicated coordinator, a written manifest, staged loading times and a single point of contact on the day.
How far will you travel?
Anywhere in the continental United States. Common runs are the Hamptons, upstate New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., the Berkshires, Atlantic City and the Connecticut casinos, all door to door with tolls included.
Do you serve the private aviation terminals?
Yes. We cover the FBOs at Teterboro, Westchester County, Republic, Farmingdale, Morristown and the general aviation facilities at JFK, LGA and EWR, with ramp-side pickup where the operator permits it.
How do I pay, and do you invoice companies?
We accept all major credit cards, and corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with net terms, cost-center coding and centralized trip reporting. No card needs to change hands with the chauffeur.
What if something goes wrong on the day?
Call dispatch — a person answers, twenty-four hours a day, three hundred sixty-five days a year. We hold backup vehicles in reserve for exactly this reason, and a mechanical problem on our side is our problem to solve, not a reason you miss your flight.
