The Fleet

The right vehicle, not the biggest one

Late-model, licensed, inspected and detailed before every run

Most transportation problems are really vehicle-selection problems. Four adults with four large suitcases do not fit in a sedan, and a stretch limousine cannot turn onto most Brooklyn side streets. Tell us the passenger count, the luggage count and the pickup address, and we will tell you which vehicle actually works.

Capacity and luggage by vehicle

Luggage figures below assume standard checked bags. Golf clubs, ski bags, strollers, instruments and film equipment change the math — tell us in advance and we will size up at no penalty.

Vehicles

What each one is actually for

Up to 3 passengers

Executive Sedan

Cadillac, Mercedes and Lincoln class sedans. Leather, climate control, bottled water and phone charging. The default for airport transfers, corporate travel and anything where discretion matters more than presence.

Up to 4 passengers

Cadillac XT6

Current model-year XT6 crossover with heated leather seating, tri-zone climate and a quiet cabin. The right size for up to four passengers with moderate luggage — more room than a sedan, easier on narrow city streets than a full-size SUV.

Up to 6 passengers

Luxury SUV

Escalade and Suburban class. Real luggage room, high seating position and the only sensible choice for families with car seats or anyone flying with more than two bags per person.

Up to 14 passengers

Mercedes Sprinter

Executive seating, standing headroom in the high-roof configuration and a genuine luggage bay. The workhorse for production crews, sports teams and group airport transfers.

Up to 10 passengers

Stretch Limousine

Fiber-optic lighting, privacy partition, premium sound and a bar. Built for the arrival moment. Note that stretches cannot access narrow residential streets or low-clearance garages.

18–40 passengers

Party Bus

Perimeter seating, dance pole optional, LED lighting, premium audio and climate control. Licensed, inspected and driven by a commercially licensed chauffeur who stays with the vehicle all night.

24–56 passengers

Executive Coach

Reclining seats, restroom, Wi-Fi and under-bus luggage hold. For conference shuttles, wedding guest transport and long-distance group moves.

Standards

What every vehicle carries

  • Bottled water, phone charging cables and climate control set before you board
  • Commercial insurance and current TLC or DOT authority for the class of vehicle
  • Interior detail and inspection between every run, not at the end of the day
  • A chauffeur in business attire who knows the route and does not use the trip for conversation
  • Free child safety seats on request — rear-facing, forward-facing and boosters, installed before pickup
